Not the best customer service. Communication skills sorely lacking. I asked for a quote on painting a bike. They give me one. I ask if they will do the rear suspension. They state they will need to adjust the quote. They ask for a picture of the bicycle. Picture was sent. No new quote. Still being ignored. Update 2020/08/23: Apparently it takes a week and a half to get a price quote. Then they have the audacity to ask for the negative review to be removed. Specifically, to remove the review in exchange for service. I had reached out to two other places, both of which were able to reply the next day. Rebicycle needs 11 days to update a quote. They do not seem to understand that customer service extends to potential customers, not only people who have already paid them.

Excellent service!!! Very understanding & knowledgeable about what they do. Probably the most comfortable bike I ever have since they take your hight & arms length in consideration.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect going into a video call with the owner, but at the other end of it I have a great road bike. Light and slender frame, choice of shifters, wheels/tires, handle bars, through and through. I've been riding everywhere as much as I can since getting it, it's pretty much everything I wanted in a bike. Definitely worth waiting a couple weeks.

Despite it being one of the busiest summers for bike shops, Ben and his team built me a customized bike and provided excellent service. If you are environmentally conscious and want to invest in a long-lasting bike, local businesses, and a perfect fit, this is the place to go.
