First, everyone is amazing there ! The service is awesome, the price is fair for the service. I went there with my 2 bikes (city and road bike) and both were taken care of perfectly ! I really like this place !

It is one of the best bike shops in Plateau and also in Montreal. In October 2019, I had to repair my bike for the gear system of front wheel. I tried four shops where i was quoted 50$ plus handling charges. I tried Vélodidacte as per my friends suggestion. They did it for 12$ including everything. The point I want to mention is that the personnel took an extra effort to replace the parts from the left over functioning parts which brought down the price. they could have just installed a new one but they took an extra initiative to accommodate my request. The personnel are very professional, helpful and efficient. It is rare to find someone these days whose objective is not to exploit the customer by charging as much as they can. Probably one of the best bike shops in Montreal ! Came in with broken breaks and was fixed within a couple hours. Very fair prices and the work they do is high quality !! Super friendly staff AND they also make good coffee. I don’t know what else you could ask for.
