Immediate greeting for our appointment, didn't have to wait at all. Informative sales without being pushy, leaving lots of space for us to explore the vehicles. Pierre Olivier took time to go through all the different financial scenarios in a purchase and let us leave to think about it with no pressure to close a sale. Would not hesitate to buy here.
Car is amazing!! I can't lie about that but the aftersales I'm getting here is terrible. Once they have your money, they don't care.

My car is only three years old (bought a demo) and already both my keys don’t work and the audio system does not work. Brought it in to get fixed and was informed that it would cost me 150$ for them to make an attempt to fix it. There were no guarantees that they would be able to fix the problem and I would still pay $150 whether or not they fixed it. They were also unable to determine how much it would eventually cost to fix it. I understand that things work differently at a car dealership, compared to a normal retailer, but the idea of me paying 150$ with no guarantees that it will fix the issue does not work for me
Had a great experience from day one when I first came to the dealer until the moment of purchase of my CX5 and delivery. Great customer service. Great energy. Great help. Highly recommend!
