My experience at Mini was great! Anthony, Catherine, and Violette worked with me, and were all extremely helpful, knowledgable. Anthony also always answered all my emails in timely fashion. As well, they were very thorough at delivery to explain all the features of the car. Although we had some minor issues at delivery, the team acted very fast to fix this and were very understanding. Most importantly, the Countryman SE all 4 is an awesome hybrid vehicle that I would recommend to anyone!

Horrible customer service. Salesperson named Sylvain should not be working with the public. He was rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. I wanted a better deal and was told that a mini cooper was not the car for me. I told him that I would think about it and his exact words were "What do you need to think about?" They pressure you and try to screw you with extra charges of $1000. Go to MINI LAVAL! They do not charge you $1 of extra fees. Had the complete opposite experience and walked away with my dream car. In response to below comment: I met with him on September 1, 2020. He has me in your system under my mom's name, Meli. I will be contacting you by email to discuss my horrible experience.
