I was worried at what kind of service I would get after hearing about the owner change but was pleasantly surprised. Steven Palumbo was a absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He really made me feel like my Rdx was in the best hands for the service it needed. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly after other garages failed to do so. Best of all, Steven went above and beyond to make sure Honda Canada would honor my warranty. No snake oil pills in this garage, only great service and complementary car washes! Thanks again for the great service guys. Keep up the good work.

Bought a TLX 2.5 months ago. The staff is very respectful and answers your questions you may have. However they need to work on communication between departments because it is lacking and becomes very frustrating for us clients. There were 2 big issues after I signed the deal but I would have to say they corrected it in a timely manner and of course I received an apology from the sales rep only after I made a complaint to the sales manager. Although I was given free oil changes I kinda had to ask for them. I have yet to service my car there so we will see what happens when I get to that point. Big shout out to Steven at the service desk, very polite and always answers my questions.

We bought an RDX Aspec from this dealership about 2 months ago. At first service was wonderful and we were very pleased which is why we decided to buy there. Once we purchased the car, service went downhill. We had some issues with the car and it took them 3 weeks to respond (we sent emails, no answer so we actually went to the dealership to see what’s going on) and the manager got so defensive saying every one is working so hard... (yet no one had time to respond to us?). Fast track to the day we had our scheduled appointment to solve the problems (they said we would get a replacement which was great). We get there and they say there is no car - had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring a car which caused me to be late for my meeting. The dealership told us the car would be ready on a certain day and that someone would call us back but no one did. We called 3-4 times and left messages and no one answered. It’s really sad that the service was great at the beginning and then when we bought the car, everything went downhill from there. We have friends who were interested but we are definitely not returning to this dealership and not recommending it to others. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I must say the service department , now under the new management is Beyond expectations Jeffrey Hamel’s Very knowledgable and friendly staff, Steven & Seta Are very detailed Very supportive and they make sure that all your needs and concerns are met! The follow up with you with the status ! nothing short of amazing Service Kudos to you Guys I’m definitely recommend them all my Acura friends to go only Hamel ‘s Acura house Thank you 😊!
