I had a small issue post delivery, but it was resolved thanks to the team at BMW Montréal Centre. They did the right things to make sure the customer is happy so 5 stars for that.

Staff are welcoming and cars are nicely aligned to recognize the differences between models e.g. X1, X2, X3 etc. Also easy to reach with public transit.
Very good service. Francois and Violette are very professional and friendly. Francois was of great help when I was deciding which car to buy. He explained everything very clearly. When I was finalizing my purchase, Violette was very patient and attentive to our concerns and solved them very quickly. She went through the documents with us in a way that we understood. 10/10.
