Not very organised. They have good vehicules and good prices but it took them 12 days to get me the car papers and the double of keys AFTER I payed then in full, and when i drove 45minutes to get the papers- they had forgotten them at home ....

Good service at the start, good vehicle .... problem when arriving at the SAAQ, the vehicle papers were not at Auto du plateau but at another dealer (former owner of the vehicle) ... it took more 'a week for the problem to be resolved. 1 month warranty but when I reported a breakage of the linkage of the front wiper (which cost me over $ 350) I had no after sales service, no compensation, I had to have a return call from the seller and I never had it (disappointing). Cardan and other problems in July barely 5 months after purchase + realize that there are 3 recalls on the vehicle that have never been done! I do not recommend this dealer.

Very satisfied. I was looking for a vehicle and I found what I was looking for at a good price, we filled out the paperwork while some adjustment was being made on the vehicle and after an hour and a half everything was done. Thanks to Carl and the team.
