Initially, a warm welcome and seems friendly. Did the required work for a warranty. I went so far as to recommend him until ... I realized, when I got home an hour away, that he forgot the keys to a vehicle in my car. I call him to let him know, but he doesn't offer me anything to accommodate me, doesn't thank me and asks me to bring them back. I accomodated him by typing me 2 hours of road. I have been way too nice. For this big lack of initiative, I am disappointed and do not recommend it.
