Good service, courteous, incomparable with Desjardins Ford.
I called your house for a car. I received good information and before setting out on the road, leaving from Montreal I made an appointment to come and see her and possibly proceed with the purchase. The seller has been informed that I am coming from Montreal and I was not late for my appointment. At the end of the conversation the seller even told me, come on, we are waiting for you and the car is also waiting for you. I drove 3 hours from Montreal to be told by the same seller that the car in question was sold an hour ago. I did not receive a call to turn around, although I left my phone number. I lost 6 hours of driving and a full tank of gasoline in this situation. It shows disloyalty to customers no more, I found that not serious on your part
