I have a 2016 dually. The entire rear end had went. Granted it was off warranty, I was still upset over the Ford's reliability. However, the service department was modest and very flexible and helped me get a better price to get me back on the road.
Bought a truck, when I took it home I noticed they took some parts off and had not told me about it. So that wasn't cool, also they took almost 4 full weeks to send my payout for my previous vehicle. I ended up making 2 payments for a vehicle I didn't own.
Had truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Quick professional service. Reasonable price!!
