Very friendly staff , I like the atmosphere. They offer you something to drink as soon as you sit down.
Mike was very helpful, it feels like im talking to a friend and he's always available to help even after business hours. he made it very easy to buy the ford fusion that i have now. i went to test drive it and the next day he got everything set up for me and i showed up to pick up the car and i was in there for an hour and drove away with it, it was very easy and he made sure to get a price that i was happy with. would recommend.
Great atmosphere and great service and I have always felt welcomed and appreciated and definitely will be shopping for a New vehicle in the future because my past experience purchasing a new vehicle with Koch Ford in the past has given me loyalty to continue giving. Thankyou.

Brought my 2011 escape in a few times to get the A/C fixed and finally on the third try it seems to be working consistently. I am only rating 4 stars because of the fact that it took more than one try but Koch was more than willing to put in the work to get my A/C fixed.
