Brought my truck to this dealership for an oil change since I was supposed to be getting free oil changes after recently buying a new truck from another Chevy dealership in Edmonton. After the oil change was complete, they refused to honor it for free even after showing them the email I had gotten from the Chevy dealership I had purchased the truck from. The email said that I was to get free oil changes until a certain date or before a certain amount of kilometers which I wasn't at yet. Argued with the person at the desk for a while, with no success. I then left frustrated. A few days later I popped the hood open and found the oil cap sitting beside my battery. What a waste of a 1.5 hour drive. I will never bring anything there again when they can't even do an oil change properly.

They fixed my vehicle faster and cheaper than I thought it would cost. They are honest and do a good job (no squeaky start, air conditioning fixed). Andrew (service manager) and Clint are courteous and explained the problem carefully. Thanks so much!

Took my truck there for a fuel filter. Got it back with the filter loose and leaking. When I found it and shut the truck off it would not re start. Service told me to bring it back and they would fix it. When I told them I wasnt strong enough to carry the truck back, they wished me good luck fixing it myself outside in the snow.

Had our vehicle towed there after it broke down. First they over charged us for work they never did, and told us it was the ECM and that they couldn't fix it there. So we had to get it towed someplace else. The other place took 5 min and tells is that it wasn't the ecm but instead two broken wires plus sum seals where leaking. They told us that there was no reason why Hunters couldn't fix this and that it never needed to be towed from there. In the end because of this we had to pay for a another tow also pay hunters for their mistake which they way over charged for. Do not take your vehicle to hunters motors.
