We used to use coastal community insurance in langford but they have major issues with calling back customers. Jennifer at HUB was wonderful! We had lots of issues with the delaer we bought our vehicle from and she helped us sort everything out. She is friendly, professional and efficient. We will be moving all our insurance over here. My wife and I have dealt with this office for years. Always a pleasant experience. Last few years we've dealt almost exclusively with either Jenni or Serena. Lovely ladies.

We tried to renew our insurance for our vehicles for a month with Hub. I realize it's a pandemic, but still... they kept saying we were "on a list to be contacted" and that never happened. We called a different insurance company, and had our car insurance renewed within 30 minutes. If we had waited for Hub, we'd have no insurance for our cars. We'll never use Hub again.

I have to agree with the other reviews regarding the rude staff here. I've been a customer since moving to Sooke but I've now gone there on 4 separate occasions this week to try and make some changes and every time I was completely ignored by the staff...only one person was doing any work and the rest were just talking and didn't even say hello or look up at all...I like to keep my business local but I'm now looking for a new provider and will be cancelling my insurance with this company.

I had gone in a while ago to get a quote for insurance...it was busy but the receptionist, never bothered to look up, acknowledge that I was even there let alone advise me that it would be a bit of a wait until I could be helped. I stood there for at least 5 minutes then walked out, never to be back again.
