New to the province last fall and treated like gold through our transition over to BC insurance coverage. We insured our American Eagle motorhome,Car Sailboat and our bass boat with Western Coast Insurance. Fabulous staff that are very outgoing and very knowledgeable about your needs.
I went to Western Coast Insurance to transfer my license and vehicles after moving to BC. The staff were very snarky and not friendly with me.
I don't know if covid is stressing them out but they are being very confrontational.
Very efficient and friendly staff. I waited only about a minute before being assisted (Wednesday around 10am). Sarah was knowledgeable and made changing my out of province licence and health card a breeze. Sarah was training a new staff member who was also friendly and seemed keen to help. I recommend this branch. Well worth the drive from Colwood for services.
