Overall negative experiences with this company. Fortunately there are better alternatives close by.

A very sad and trying experience attempting to acquire ICBC insurance for a new vehicle. This took place in November of 2018. We had declined having the dealership insure the vehicle as we had been SeaFirst customers for almost 2 decades, even while residing offshore. Upon moving home, we purchased a vehicle and proceeded to SeaFirst for insurance. We already had two vehicles insured through their office but for some reason, the agent was unable to implement insurance on this one. After almost an hour of reluctant effort on his part, our frustration was met by an almost surely attitude to the point withdrew the request and departed. The dealership was able to secure the insurance with no fuss or bother. As mentioned, we have been customers for many years so believed this may have been an isolated incident. After talking to others in the area, it appears that some have experienced "issues". We will not be patronizing this office.

I highly recommend SeaFirst Insurance in Sidney. Tanya Fletcher has assisted our family for several years with our home insurance, car insurance and business insurance needs. Tanya goes above and beyond for her customers and we appreciate her so much! We always feel well taken care of with any of the staff at the Sidney branch and wouldn't chose to go anywhere else. There is a personal touch that makes you feel valued as a customer and trusting of all the advice & recommendations given.

We have been using Sea First Insurance for many years now for our various insurance needs, auto, house and boat, and have found the staff to well informed and friendly.
