It was clear that the woman who was working there had no idea what she was doing. We were there for over an hour and a half for basic insurance and she had to call her superiors multiple times because, again, she didn't know what she was doing. She was slow and not very friendly either. At the end of all this, she told us to go somewhere else because 'the system was down'. We ended up going to Harbord in Sidney where they had us in and out in 15 minutes and were genuinely competent.
