Will and his staff are fantastic to deal with. I bought my first bike from Will many years ago and have returned a few times since and have always been well taken care of. Will and Jim have been in the business a long time, there is no question that they can't answer about bikes. To top it off, they are great community supporters. I feel good about spending my money at this local shop.

I have bought a road and a cross bike (Cannondale Synapse and Giant TCX) with Will at Experience Cycling. Will is incredibly knowledgeable about all kinds of bikes and I really appreciate talking the pros and cons of potential bikes through with him - there is no rush to the process and Will provides his expert "insider" knowledge along the way!! The test rides were very helpful and Will's staff even delivered a test bike to my house as they were so excited for me to try it out - it was the right bike too!! A good example of Will's knowledge of the evolution of the road bike - he recommended trying the compact chain rings (34/50) - which I was slightly skeptical of at the time being a die-hard 39/53 nerd - it turned out to be the best decision as going with compact is much easier on you as you age and don't have as much time your group ride every weekend!! Thanks for sharing your passion and knowledge for cycling Will. Really nice crew, they did solid work on my mountain bike and got me back on the trail fast. I will definitely go back.

I have been looking at electric bikes for over a year. Did a lot of research and looked at many makes and models. Stopped in at Will's bicycle shop and found exactly what I was looking for. My new bike is so easy to ride. Feels great to be riding again. I LOVE my new bike. Thank you Will and company. You guys are awesome!

Very disappointed in post purchase experience. Purchased a new $2800 road bike here. Staff were fine right up to getting my credit card details. Post purchase service is awful. Had warranty problem w failed bottom bracket July 1 after 8 months and was told no problem. New part for brand new bike took 3 weeks to arrive. Was told supplier sent wrong part (BS). FUNALLY Part arrived after another 3 weeks and was then repaired. So I had NO new road bike to ride during the primary cycling months (July and August !) because of lousy inventory management or whatever. Now no one is answering the phones or calling back customers that have spent thousand of dollars on New Bikes here. This includes trying to book new service including the 1 year service. Don't waste you time or money here. Much better choices and Service here in Duncan. Look elsewhere and Avoid at ALL costs.
