I had a great experience here. Bought a couple of bikes for my kids. A young guy, who's name I forget, was very friendly and helpful. I bought one bike for my daughter. Then within a few days and many bike stores later in search of the right bike, I bought my son one from them too. We agreed on a price,for the second bike, then when I came to pick it up they had knocked a bunch of dollars off because of my previous history there. Good will? Great will! Thanks everyone!

This store offers quality service by having a great staff. I have had work done on my Giant Trance 2 several times over the past year and I am always impressed by the service. They don't mind putting in the extra effort for their customers. 5 star experience.

Amazing service. Kevin is a super starstar! My cranks broke off while I was riding and he came to the rescue to pick me and my bike up and repaired it right away, even though they are booked up. Got no sympathy from any of the other bike shops in town, who simply told they were "too busy". A special kind of service. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Despite the ongoing Covid issues and resulting overload for bike shops, my wife and I were out on a bike ride when her rear derailleur cable broke. Service! Grant replaced the cable while we waited in order we could continue our ride....that’s SERVICE, and ensures customers keep coming back.

I stopped here for some emergency repairs on a bike packing trip through the Cowichan Valley. They were able to slot me in and get me back on the road in no time, and at an affordable price. Very friendly and informative about the area as well.
