Took my 2012 Ram in this morning for some possible troubling computer interface stuff😳. From the moment I made the appointment, to speaking with the service advisor ( Tristan?) I was made to feel at ease and the work would be done in a correct and timely manner. It was!!! Great work, fair price, professional service. Thanks. I recommend these folks for your service needs. Duncan dodge service department is the best!! Didn’t even have an appointment and they got me in right away to program my trailer brake controller. Melanie the fixed operations manager is very friendly and so helpful. Corey in service was on top of it very quickly and efficiently so I was in and out in no time. Excellent staff. Very helpful in narrowing down the perfect vehicle for us at a decent price. The service department was prompt on getting our truck polished up with paint, leather, fabric and rust protection. I would highly recommend the Duncan Dodge dealership to anyone looking for a great experience. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful and long day of signing paperwork , but the staff made this a great experience for us and drove home very happy

Above and beyond is how I'd describe this dealership. My wife traded her small SUV for a larger, newer SUV and we had a great experience. Ashton was patient, knowledgeable, honest, no pressure, and hilarious. He respected us and worked very hard for our business. Brandon, the sales manager made us a great offer and stuck to it. Ok and Hank, the finance manager.....incredible. Who wishes they could spend more time in the finance manager's office??? We did when we were done. He was an expert at his job, gave is great advice, and is a heck of a guy! I'd recommend anyone to stop in here and have a look at their new and used vehicles, we were treated very well and I feel like we left with a new car and some new friends.
