Greg's RV Place

We live in Yukon and had been visiting on Vancouver Island in October 2020 when we significantly damaged our camper by driving under an old railway overpass. Given the time of year, RV servicng and repair companies on Vancouver Island were too booked to repair our camper for weeks to months. Winter conditions had set in in northern BC and Yukon, and we needed to return in a few days. Greg's RV Assistant Service Manager, Jodi, and Service Manage, Sheldon, were amazingly empathetic and helpful. Although very apologetic that they could not repair the camper until late November, Sheldon offered options. We went with his offer to unload the camper in an under cover area, and make the camper roof weather proof ready for travel so we could get home and then have it fully repaired. This involved sealing up two skylights, a major hole in the roof and other minor holes, and replacing vent and plumbing stack covers. They squeezed us into their over-booked work schedule and had the work completed within a couple of days. Their technicians were also very friendly and helpful. Greg's RV staff turned our nightmare experience into a manageable situation. We can't thank them enough.

Overall had a great experience at Greg's purchasing our RV. Personable and trustworthy. They have been great with follow up service as well. Would highly recommend them for your RV purchase.

Once again, Greg's RV set a high standard for service. Last year, I had a fan installed. When we returned, we noticed some of the new sealant did not appear right. Sent a picture to Sheldon and he immediately responded to say bring it in and it will be replaced at no charge. What really impressed me was there sincere interest in trying to determine why the sealant was faulty.
