I recently bought a used car from this dealership and the experience was great! Scott helped me with all the paperwork and was very courteous and amiable. Since I was coming from Vancouver to the island Scott arrange with Greg to pick me up from the terminal at no charge. Overall the transaction went smooth as butter, relaxed atmosphere with no pushy sales tactics. Very happy with my purchase, A+!

This dealership is fantastic everyone is very happy helpful and always give the best service, whether you are just looking at vehicles or taking your car to be serviced, they are the best. No pushy sales people they will leave you to look but be handy for any questions you may have. I highly recommend them and love our new Tuscon

Scott was a very helpful and friendly sales person as was Andy the sales manager. But the female finance manager was very unprofessional and made the mistake of calling another dealership we were considering to ruffle feathers which was a disadvantage because they offered us a better deal due to this. Not a smart move. She also just generally gave a bad vibe and we didn't want to have to deal with her so sadly even though Scott put in the work and was our favourite sales person out of the many we dealt with over the week ended up losing our business

I’ve been to a lot of dealerships in my life. Even worked at one. I must say the group at Duncan Hyundai were amazing! There ISN’T a 6 hour marathon buying a vehicle here. From the time we arrived at the dealership, until we left was under 2 hours. Even under the strict Covid guidelines. Everything, including our test drive, paper work, insurance ALL under 2 hours. That’s efficiency folks. Andy, the General Manager was even out putting our licence plates on the vehicle, while handling the financial aspects of our deal. Scott, the Sales Representative was great and no pressure tactics whatsoever. How refreshing.. You need a reliable vehicle. Stop here first. They know how to treat customers!
