In over 20 years of experience, I have had in buying and selling cars at dealerships across BC, my recent experience at Island Ford has been by far the best. I purchased a 2020 Mustang GT Convertible and did not have to step into the dealership even once to get the deal done. In fact, I live in a different city. The entire purchasing process was done online via email and phone calls. And here is the sweet spot – the vehicle was picked up from another location in BC by Island Ford and dropped off at my home front door-step. After inspecting the car and being satisfied with the vehicle, only then did I sign the sales paperwork at my house which the sales rep brought with him along with the vehicle (and the keys). WOW! ENOUGH SAID. The deal was fair, honest and without any gimmicks. There were no surprises or changes at the time of purchase based on our past conversations (WHICH WAS DONE AT MY HOUSE). It is very rare these days to find an honest car dealership who run their business solely based on customer satisfaction – and Island Ford is definitely an honest and fair dealership with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend asking for Amado Rodriguez (sales representative) and Kyle Martin (sales manager) – these guys are professionals and will do anything to ensure their customer is 100% satisfied. I am from this day forward a return customer to Island Ford and will be recommending their services. Top notch work guys. See you again.

We bought a 2020 Ranger XTR truck after test driving one with my wife. Our sales associate, Abe Lee was informative and very courteous when we were there to learn about options available and what we were looking for in a truck. When I returned to the dealer after some tough haggling on our best price and trade in value, Abe had the truck ready for delivery, so that we were not waiting long to complete the transactions needed. There were some minor issues noted after getting the new truck home to Victoria that Abe was quick to get corrected. I had to return to the dealer from the Capital to have addressed was the only down fall. It was great to work with Abe and the team at Island Ford.

I had just recently received my drivers license, and was in the market for a great first car. Island Ford showed a fantastic Genesis Coupe that was out of my price range. I thought to myself, “maybe I’ll take a shot in the dark, see if they are nice enough to lower it.” And lower it they did. All in all, an incredible buying experience. Everything was taken care of, and I had no concerns about the car, as they had everything covered. Truly worth visiting, as I wouldn’t have gotten a perfect deal on a fantastic car if it wasn’t for my sales person Amado, and the general atmosphere of the dealership. I felt in control, with no cars being forced on me. I knew that my well-being came above all else at this establishment. Ultimately, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. They treated me with great kindness and put my feelings first. Thank you Island Ford Superstore, as I could not ask for a more memorable first car experience. It could not have gone better, so I will treasure your service for a lifetime. Oh, and Amado, good luck on the flying school. You’re going to do incredible! I had an awesome experience at Island Ford. I had been looking for a Toyota Tacoma for months and couldn't find anything that I was interested in until I came to Island Ford where they had exactly what I wanted. The truck was extremely clean and they did a thorough safety inspection on it which resulted in them putting in a new air filter, battery, and ball joint. Very pleased. Not only was the truck great, but the service team was even better. Abraham Lee sold the truck to me and I couldn't say nicer things about him. Personable, honest, kind, and really down to earth. He didn't pressure me into buying the truck and he was vary forth coming about the vehicle in full. I would choose to come back to Island Ford in the future just to deal with Abraham as I trust his judgement and knowledge. If your looking for a vehicle go to Island Ford, but make sure you buy from Abraham Lee.

The best experience I could of ever asked for. Thank you to the whole team and especially Dave faithful for making the experience finding and buying my first new truck so comfortable and exciting. All my questions were answered on point and everything was explained to me clear as day with nothing pulled over my eyes. Although I went in looking at a used 2014 f150 , Dave quickly explained to me the difference in buying new and even took the time to write it out on paper of how it would make more sense for me financially and personally to fit my needs. Also to make sure me and my son had a safe, reliable vehicle that will last me for thousands more kms. I would highly recommend visiting island ford for your next vehicle purchase!
