My wife and I recently purchased a new Highlander Hybrid from Duncan Toyota. Axel Clarke was the sales representative who put the deal together for us. We found Axel to be very knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain the nuances of the vehicle and the process of purchasing it with us. He was polite, helpful and patient with us at all times. We would not hesitate to go back to him if we had any questions and/or were in the market again for another vehicle.
