I was traveling through the area and was worried my propane may have a leak. Kristen went above and behind to get me in, even though they were booked for weeks. She put me on hold and mentioned my situation to Mark one of the techs. He said bring it in. The service was outstanding. All staff were helpful and friendly especially Kristen and Mark. Thank you so much. 👍

My experience is so far so good. They sent a technician to my property to give me a quote to fix my slide on my travel trailer. My trailer is now at their shop, can't wait to see my trailer once it is fixed! Thanks Galaxy RV! 👍

I bought a late model used trailer from the Duncan location and my first trip out at Easter I had a major problem where the fresh water tank was overfilled ( my fault) and cracked the tank. Water kept filling the cracked tank and eventually the underbelly collapsed due to the weight of the water. I called Brent the salesperson in a panic and they sent out 2 techs in the pouring rain at 4pm on the eve of a long weekend to temporarily fix the underbelly so i could tow the trailer back home when the weekend was over. This customer service was amazing but it was surpassed the following week when they informed me they would do the repairs to the tank and underbelly at their cost. Many thanks to Brent, Gerald, Kristen, Brian and all the techs that helped my family out.
