Financed an Acura TLX at a low rate and below market value - good knowledge of cars and finance. Would recommend you check their lot out in person because some things are missing online. Got a full tank of gas when I told them the gas is low. Would recommend.

Don’t get a lubrico warranty through these guys. I got my truck at 197,000km and they put 190,000km so now my 800$ warranty is already invalid. I told the guy to put the correct amount of KM’s and he didn’t listen clearly. Thanks a lot 👍🏻

This is a great place to purchase a car, Jim and the entire staff are wonderful! Jim goes out of his way to assure the right fit for you. And truly cares about his customers. The whole experience was just above and beyond. I had to get my old car junked and was without a car. They made sure I was able to leave the same day with a new car that is reliable and affordable. Walked in based off of the high ratings and reviews. My experience wasn’t good. Had Ryan as my sales rep and I called before going since it’s a 1 hour commute from me. They said they will try to get me approved, their website mentions guaranteed approval. However, because I work as courier driver I didn’t get approved. That is my fault, I get that. But as “experienced” sales team they should have let me know that before applying. I’m sure they’ve had other experiences for people with courier driver jobs. Ryan is very unresponsive, didn’t reply to my text messages, didn’t update me on the status of my application until I texted him 10 times in a row. I finally decided to call and was told “we’re trying” which I totally understand but not replying to my messages doesn’t make sense. It’s been about a week and I haven’t heard from them at all, decided to message Ryan yesterday for an update and he hasn’t responded back. Shows how much they care about customers. As a dealer you’re supposed to be responsive to your text messages or phone inquiries. Overall a bad experience wouldn’t really recommend, i got a better treatment and a better deal at another place.

Super easy process with them. They took all the stress out of buying a car. No pressure, no lies...it was a very positive experience and we 4 months later we are still super happy with our purchase.
