We have worked with Robbie and the team at Autoworld multiple times for over a decade, and to say that the quality of the service is excellent would be an understatement. As a couple with kids and a mortgage, we have always had to find a safe and reliable vehicle within the constraints of a budget, and Robbie has never shied away from the challenge. He worked for weeks to find us our Ridgeline, found us our Pilot when our family grew and we needed more seating, and then helped us decide on a Tahoe when it was time to move on from the Pilot. We have loved every vehicle he has found for us. Robbie is beyond honest - he knows cars and will make sure that you know everything you need to know about a certain model. His warranties are affordable and offer thorough coverage. He has talked us out of models that he knows have a higher rate of unexpected repairs and has suggested we try different brands of tires than what we asked for because he knew the safety ratings. He gets us great prices on tires and routine maintenance. He has come through for us with last-minute repairs on a tight schedule and will work to find new parts and aftermarket parts to keep the repairs affordable. In an industry full of sketchy people who will do anything to make a dollar, Robbie and his crew are a treasure. He puts people above profits at all time and has zero tolerance for shady or dishonest behaviour in his employees. You will not find a better automotive service in the Lower Mainland.

I can’t recommend Autoworld Langley enough. Awesome shop, awesome sales team, awesome owner! Robbie and his crew have been there for us in every automotive endeavour since 2007 and I will never work with anyone else ever again. His automotive labour is quality and he will work to make it fit your budget. His tire prices are great and the tires themselves are great quality. We have gone in looking for a specific model and he has found us the perfect car. We have gone in having an idea of what we needed and he has found us a car that was an ideal fit. He is never pushy and is completely honest, even if it means he’d lose a sale.

It's rare to "enjoy" a used car salesman but I found Rob to be honest, hardworking and informative. Of course my obsessive need for a "deal" makes all of that irrelevant if I don't get a good price and I really feel like I did. I also like that he has a garage and mechanic on-site. He might only have 20 cars on site at any given time but I think that he is worth stopping for because he seems to have access to other vehicles.

I went to autoworld and met with rob to purchase a work truck. I don’t usually like going to dealerships; however, rob made the experience super easy and enjoyable. He ensured we got what we were looking for and without any pressure and when it came down to signing paperwork, it took less then an hour. I’ve gone to other dealers in the past where they would drastically effect your credit as they would constantly pull credit checks for each bank. Rob knew what to do without having to take multiple credit checks. Would recommend using them for your purchase of your vehicle.

He was so accommodating with bringing the vehicle to us in order to test drive. He was always willing to answer multiple questions and always quick to reply.
