I came to have winter tires put on my Q3. Prior to my visit I had e-mail conversations with Rick in the service department. He went over and above to assist me with a private tire purchase. I was very impressed with the level of customer service before my visit and also during my visit. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional.

Great customer service. It was a lease buy out for us and we dealt with Richard (Finance Manager). He explained us our available options in detail (even after their closing hours) and didn’t rush us to make our decision. He provided us with above and beyond customer service. The entire team is amazing and we would recommend this dealership over any in the lower mainland.

Went to this place looking to buy a car and met Gregory. Great person to talk to and is very patient in helping me decide on features that I wanted in my car. Very helpful during the whole process in explaining every little detail on how the car works and the features of the car. Gregory also helped out not only during the buying process but also after I bought the car. He often checks up on you to make sure everything is going smoothly which is very nice. Audi Langley was great to work with. Their parts and service departments’ personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. They coordinated a trailer hitch install on my 2019 Q7, ensuring all parts needed were on hand so the install wasn’t delayed. Two days after install, I pulled a U-Haul trailer for over 1900 km without any problems. I definitely recommend Audi Langley for any service needs you may have.

The best dealership that I have dealt with. Our salesperson Matthew was very knowledgeable and courteous. He showed us the features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. It was a no pressure buying experience from the test drive and finance department through to the delivery of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Audi Langley !!!
