We were in the market for a new or quality used vehicle. My wife and I checked out some other dealerships and were not overly impressed with the sales teams or the vehicles we tried. I'm glad we dropped in to see Daniel and his team. Knowledgeable no-rush service. We tried out several vehicles and Daniel and Luke gave us the lowdown for each patiently, worked out potential financing solutions for each, explained the pros of leasing. We're very happy with the vehicle we settled on (QX60 -- loving it). A day or two after purchasing the car two of the small center hubcaps either fell off or were stolen and Daniel had them replaced for us immediately no questions asked. Not his responsibility I'm sure but we REALLY appreciated that. Thanks very much. We're happy Infiniti customers.

An amazing experience from start to finish! I visited all the way from Vancouver and did not regret it at all. The team there was phenomenal from the general manager to the finance manager (Agnes). Everything was smooth and time efficient. Overall 10/10, come and let them go beyond your expectations.

I prefer coming to this location for my oil changes. Service has been great and staff are personable and friendly. They are well priced and a much better experience for than other Infiniti dealerships.

The overall experience I had at Openroad Infinity was excellent and way beyond my expectations. I went in to get a new car for school. All of the staff are nice, caring and try to resolve issues when they occur. Especially LUKE who helped me patiently throughout the entire process. He treated customers with dignity and respect. Moreover, he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cars and services. A Very smooth and satisfying experience! I got new model 2020 QX60 from this store. The sales Luke helped me ordered this car. I really love it. Great service and attitude. He is very patient to explain all the details and show me all the new features on this new car.
