I visited this dealership when purchasing my newest vehicle, and by far I had the worst experience possible. This Toyota dealership was unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. I am in my mid 20's and I am aware that car salesmen usually don't want to help younger buyers, but I had done my research prior and was excited to buy this specific car that was on their lot. Not a single one of their salesmen acknowledged me until the receptionist in the front went out of her way to find someone that would help me. The salesmen instantly told me to come into his desk area to talk, even though I was asking if we could walk to where the car was on their lot and see it. He started off simply pulling out a book of prices, placing it in front of me and telling me that I should look into buying an older used vehicle. I was a bit shocked and insisted I wasn't there to buy an older model, I was specifically looking to purchase the one they had on their lot. He then continues on a rant about "I have kids that are young like yourself and they cant afford such vehicles, you need to save your money".... I am not your kid, and I am a grown adult that is in a stable career perfectly capable of affording this vehicle (that I have researched and I am aware of the price). Especially considering he didn't ask any questions about myself to see where my budget would be, how much I can afford, he literally just assumed that I couldn't buy it. I went to another dealership that weekend, and they went up and beyond in customer service expectations and I bought the car I was looking for. Basically, if you are under the age of 30, I highly suggest shopping elsewhere.

I have been a Langley Toyota customer for 18 years now and two vehicles. I consistently get great service right from booking appointments, to being looked after at said appointments. I am always told what work is to be done before and what was done after. If something is found during the course of the appointment, they always check with me before proceeding. If it is a longer appointment, I'm always updated by the service writer as to how things are going. At the end of the service, they always go over the work done and explain things to me in plain English. Customer service over all is polite and pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.

This has by far been the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. Victor started off our experience and he was amazing. He didn’t make us feel like we were just another sale. He was very personable and listened to our wants and needs. When it came to speaking to the finance department we dealt with Matt and he was just as amazing! To top it off when we arrived to pick up the car they had a bow on it! It’s the little things that matter and they definitely made us feel special. Highly recommend this dealership! Great service. Our salesman Gurvinder was great, he was very honest and efficient throughout the process, he never pushed anything we didn’t wanted and always respected our wishes. He gave us a great deal on a great vehicle. In addition to him top service all around, from the the guys in finances to the very nice and helpful Kirsten in insurance. This will definitely be my go to place in the future. Highly recommended.

I brought my truck in without an appointment because of a check engine light being on. They fit the diagnostic in and we're able to fix it the same day! They also didn't charge me the diagnostic inspection. The communication from the service team member Andrea I believe. Was extremely helpful and professional. I will bring my truck back for service or any other repairs without hesitation.
