Finally picked up my Cayman T last week, Kevin has been awesome in helping me with the vehicle options and keeping me updated with the delivery status. Also, with the best pricing in town! Ben and Manny were both professional and friendly to deal with. Moreover, on the day of delivery both Kevin and Ben spent so much time on adjusting the license plate holder for my vehicle, they were both super patient and knowledgeable! Great service and much appreciated! I definitely recommend those who are interested in getting a Porsche to see Kevin at Porsche Langley!

Was dealing with Johnathan and he did an awesome job. I got a great deal giving to me with a good trade in value. At the end, I did not buy from Porsche, but that's why I think this deserves a review. Often when deals don't go your way, you get a negative experience. I bought a different SUV because of the desire to have certain safety feature that were not in this X5. The response to not taking the deal was nothing but courteous, professional and made me want to try again dealing with this dealership if there opportunity comes again. Thanks for all the help and sorry it did not workout.

I purchased an SUV from Jonathan last week. He is very accommodating and efficient. Manny was very nice and helpful too. I forget the name of the man who handled our insurance but he was super quick also. Everyone there was exceptionally friendly. All COVID protocols were in place and it felt like a safe place to be in. I got a great deal and am very satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend seeing Jonathan for your next vehicle!

Worth the trip to Langley! I had been planning this purchase for some time. As I live in Vancouver, naturally I dropped by the local dealers.. however as the 992's have been in short supply I was told it wouldn't be until 2021 that I would be able take delivery assuming they could even get an allocation. Beyond that quite frankly I felt the experience to be lacking (perhaps I didn't look like a 'porsche customer'). ;) So I thought I would take a trip over to Langley to try my luck. Immediately upon my arrival I found the experience to be a night and day difference.. Brad Ritchot was very attentive to my needs, and was a real pleasure to deal with, helping to ensure I got exactly what I needed. I knew that chances were slim that I would be securing a new 992 anytime soon, however Brad was able to work his magic and within a couple weeks he had help get me set up with a factory order on a 2021. Fast forward a few months, as my car was on the first batch of 2021's they were delayed at the port awaiting EPA certification.. the extra weeks turned into months, but finally the day came. And again Brad was able to work his magic, by getting my car expedited on a covered truck, which meant that I would need to wait weeks for my car to arrive by rail. Today was the day I had been waiting for, and again Brad did not disappoint.. though I didn't want to make an issue of the delay (given it was just an unfortunate circumstance and was outside of Porsche's control) has he handed me the keys just before I drove off in my new ride, Brad surprised me one more time by informing me that Porsche is setting me up with $1,000 in credit towards servicing to make it up to me for the delay. I would not hesitate to recommend calling Brad at Porsche Langley, he is a true professional and knows a thing or two about how to take care of his clients.
