Just had my tire replaced. Fantastic service department! Numerous new service bays. Staff act fast and very pleasant. COVID kosher for sure! Derek and the front desk people are just awesome. I certainly plan on returning to baby my newish convertible MINI.

Graham Johnston was the one who helped us here. Never experienced anything so great. He helped me pick the best first car, and even suprised me with a winter package once i bought the car so i’m all ready for the winter. He helped clean the inside to make sure it was all good to go before i drove off. Nothing but happy people on my end, thanks for everything. Would definitely recommend Graham!

Thanks MINI Langley!! I used the Charge Point free charger here to top up my eGolf on a recent trip from Victoria to Langley. I still had lots of range left, but thought I would take a break and charge up anyway. I had a good look in their beautiful showroom at lots of Minis on display. Very friendly sales staff.

I bought a car here last week. I bought 2020 demo mini-cooper se white and they said they would give me $2000 discount and received a $500 BMW royalty as well. We received a total discount of $2500. However, they charged me an additional total of $2510 for the pdi & freight and tire tax. So Funny thing is This vehicle is a "demo" vehicle with 2288 kilometers. It's not Brand new car.😂😂😂 They like to play pranks on customers. Anyway I bought the demo car at the same price as the new car. ALSO THEY PUT THE FREIGHT&PDI AND TIRE TAX FOR "OTHER DEALER OPTION" 😂 I WILL NOT BUYING A CAR IN ANY OPEN ROAD DELAER ANYMORE 😁

My family and I have been to this location twice. In 2017 or so we were first looking at a Countryman. The sales person was professional enough. We test drove the car but it was not the right time or price after all. My wife and I didn’t quite “clicked” with the sales person. Nothing he did. Just chemistry. He must have felt it too because he involved the Sales Manager. He was a lot pushier but we didn’t really care. I will say we felt the priority was not us and what we wanted but it was them and the sale they wanted/needed. In other words they barely asked us anything. In al fairness this was 2 years ago. They tried to follow up but in one of the follow up calls I received I told them I’d reach out when the time was right. Fast forward to Oct 2020. We had enough savings to buy the car and have been monitoring prices online. We have friends that bought from Mini Richmond with Katie and had a great experience. So we went there. Bought from Richmond and love it. A week later we went to Mini Langley on a Sunday to get Mini accessories. You know, umbrellas, tumblers, keychains. Stuff! We wanted to spend money. The sales person (Jason) was quick to greet us. He was well dressed and definitely nervous. I told him our intention. He said they normally don’t sell things on Sunday but he’d check. He left, came back a few minutes later and confirmed they were open and to go around to pay or inquire. Yay! Once my hands were full of stuff I went to the parts department where the cashier was. There were 2 ladies and 1 man visibly busy. They saw me and I could tell they had bad news. “Uhm, May I help you?” Said one of the ladies. “I want to know the price of some of these items please” said me. “Uuuuhhmmmm, unfortunately we’re not open to sell today” hesitated the lady. She turn to the man, most likely the manager, and asked him “is there anything we can do?” “We’re in the middle of our quarterly inventory count and the registers are not open” he stated. To what I replied “one of your sales people came to check if you could do sales and confirmed you could but now you’re telling me you don’t.” “Yeah, sorry not today” said the first lady . We left very annoyed for 2 reasons. 1. The inconsistent message. Did Jason lie or simply didn’t ask?! 2. It’s a Sunday... most people are off on Sundays, how is it that no registers were open on Sunday?! I totally get the inventory counts are important but how does it make any sense to have a store open on Sunday and not have a registe open?! I was trying to give them my money (regardless of the amount) and they said “we’re not taking money” My report here. Thanks for reading.
