We bought BMW X3 2020 on August 14, 2020 and we loved it. Every features of the BMW X3, we’re loving it. Thank you to Webb Si our salesman who explained everything about the BMW X3. Being from Ontario and having purchased many vehicles locally, I stumbled across a vehicle of interest and my sales rep, Danny Xu was very receptive in providing answers to all my questions and inquires. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Langley BMW for an excellent purchase experience. Mostly, I dealt with Kris who I would describe as professional, courteous, considerate, enthusiastic, and helpful. I was impressed by his approach. He was quick to find information in answer to my many queries, but always patient in working through the process with me. For instance, on one occasion, when I went to the dealership to have my car evaluated for its trade-in value, he simply asked me what I wanted to accomplish on that day and, when we were done, he offered to be available to answer questions as they may arise. Never did he push, never did I feel urged toward a particular transaction. In the end, I selected a 2021 M440i – picked it up yesterday – it is simply awesome. Best ride ever – an exciting driving experience. I would like to thank others I interfaced with, including Tyler (whose knowledge of the car features outstripped my memory bank), Jordan (finance) and Ivana (insurance broker).
