I needed a car extremely fast and had a unique situation since I had just recently moved and gotten a job. Andy from Applewood went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I couldn’t be happier with their professional service and the wonderful car I have now! It was also incredible how fast they were and how hard they worked to get me approved by the bank. I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. It's surprising to see all the negative reviews on the service department. I bought a car from the sales department so I can't comment on the service department. On the whole it was good and everyone has been very helpful. Not too pushy, just like all the other reviews. Just bought a new 2021 Kia Seltos. Salesman Dan Green was awesome Found him to be very friendly ,soft spoken , informative and NOT pushy in anyway. He understood what I wanted. My expectations were not only met, but were skyrocketed through the roof. I would especially like to thank Vonn and Jason for being so hospitable and going into detail about my options. You guys are the best! The followup calls, were so courteous. I chose a car that I ended up not loving, so I called them up and I was given a prompt response! Any problems that I encountered were both solved fast and not the direct fault of the great people at Kia Applewood Langley.
