I recently purchased a vehicle from them! I had Laura & Kate assist me! They were absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for better customer service! Don't trust this place. I have dealt with 3 different people, and they don't seem to communicate what they have talk to a customer about. They were very pushy about getting my pay stubs and photo ID, and then absolutely nothing back from them, not even to touch base and say they were still looking into what they could do to help get me a vehicle. Either they provide poor customer service, or they are just plain scammers.

I came in expecting entirely to be told that I will be unable to be helped, let alone be able to get a 7+ passenger vehicle for my ever growing family. But with 4 kids already and twins on the way I had to try. Knowing my credit was beyond shot I started talking to Amanda Monk and imediately she knew she had a challenge knowing i couldnt settle for anything less she got working right away for me. She searched high and low and to my disbelief she not only found a way to get me approved by someone, but she got me approved for 2% less than what she thought she might be able to find for me AND found me a beautiful 2015 Honda odyssey that fit all my requirements with class and got me out of a nightmare of a deal I had gotten myself into with an albeit nice truck that did absolutely nothing for my credit or my family. I have had nothing but wonderfull experiences and highly recommend anyone good or bad credit, find yourself over to the wonderful Amanda Monk over at applewood.
