I walked in to Mercedes Benz Langley to look at some Sprinter vans and was approached by Phil who happened to be an expert in cargo vans. He was very patient and super helpful when it came down to getting the perfect van for work. I was in a bit of a rush and he made sure to get the process done within 1 day!! I was very happy with the service I received and Phil is definitely the guy to go to for all of your needs! He is very informative and makes sure you won’t be disappointed. Just purchased a new Mercedes 3500 high roof sprinter van. The sales rep Phillip Priebe was very helpful throughout the purchase process and the van was perfectly detailed and ready for my pickup in front of the dealership. The business agent Debbie was extremely knowledgeable and efficient and clearly outlined the various options and coverages. It was a pleasure dealing with such friendly and professional people. My brakes were squealing and I talked to Melanie from service. She was great to deal with and was very thorough. She provided me with a courtesy car so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. My car was diagnosed by Greg and he was very professional. The issue was fixed and no more squealing. Very happy with the service.

Brought my CLA250 in for maintenance and I always get great service. Melanie from service is my go to and she always makes sure all my concerns are resolved. Friendly and professional and when they returned my car, it was washed and detailed inside as well! A great finishing touch!
