I received excellent help with insurance and license renewal. She was quick and very professional. Also offered to place sticker on license plate, which was very thoughtful as I'm a senior. In and out within 15 minutes.

I always come to HUB international for my insurance. I came in the other day to renew my insurance and wasn't surprised at the increase in price. I asked the lady helping me if it would be any better to look at a private insurance company, she looked into it for me and told me she input all my information, told me I would be saving over $1200 going with a private insurance company. I was very pleased she was able to do this for me, only for her to minutes later tell me she didn't input all my information correctly, once she fixed it the price was the same as ICBC. Thats not the issue, my issue is that her and another employee were laughing at the fact this mistake was made, and it made me feel very uncomfortable and that my service wasn't valued. I hope in the future this doesn't happen to another returning client.

I have been going to HUB international for approximately 10 years and have been completely satisfied with every agent that has looked after me. They have been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. When the agent was unsure of an answer to a question I asked they promptly asked someone and I received adequate information.
