Hayley went above and beyond when I came in to get insurance on my motercycle. As she went through everything with me explained everything that my insurance would cover and how much it would cost. She also was very patient with letting me pick which license plate number I wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her customer service is so awesome. Michele is so knowledgeable and has such a lovely demeanor. She answered all our questions about home insurance patiently and completely. It turns out we previously had very poor coverage (through BCAA) and were paying far too much. What a great feeling to have someone put your best interests first.
