Westland Insurance

I just recently moved to BC and was not looking forward to navigating the different insurances, licensing and registration involved with an out of province vehicle. I starting googling companies, staff and reviews. I stumbled across a review on Westland at Willow Brook Mall and in particular a member named Amberly. Armed with this information I made an appointment with her. I was not disappointed. Amberly took me under her very experienced wing and guided me through the process in a manner that I understood. That is very important when embarking on a new relocating experience. Not only was she extremely patient and understanding of my nativity but she went way above and beyond to accommodate me. When I had so many issues pulling together all the proper paperwork Amberly went to bat for me with every resource she had. The girl is a marvel. When Westland hired her they made the best decision of their career. I strongly recommend Amberly whenever you have insurance needs or questions. I am certainly glad that I called.

I live in Langley, but had to go to work in Korean for a couple months. I had an emergency where I needed to re insure my car back home over the phone. Amira helped me! She was amazing. I though it was going to be a hard process, but she made it quick and easy. She was very pleasant and friendly to seal with and saved me a bunch of money. Thanks!

Amira from Westland Insurance was AMAZING! All it took was one phone call and she was able to help us make changes to our tenant insurance and auto insurance all from the comfort of our own home! Both my husband and I were super impressed with how efficient, professional and kind she was through the whole process. She even emailed me next steps for what to do with changing my address on my drivers license via email. We have been through a lot of changes recently with both of us losing our jobs and have had to make a lot of adjustments to our lives. I am just so glad that we were able to knock of a couple of things on our to-do list and that it was so easy. I embarked on a journey to find a particular series of licence plate for my family and mass-emailed all the Westland branches asking if they have any. Amberly at the Willowbroke location went above and beyond to talk to me and looked up the series of the particular plates available in the Westland network, and offered to initiate a transfer of a plate from a relatively far away location to one that is convenient for me. Here's what's impressive: Amberly's branch is not the one that has the plate, and her branch isn't close to me at all. So I really appreciate her helping me out just to help set things up. Thank you Amberly! To add, I received pretty much 100% response from my email blast, mostly confirming that they don't have what I'm looking for, and some noted that these plates exist in the Westland network. All this is very much appreciated. Props to everyone at Westland for responding so quickly and going the extra mile!
