Dont know how to do their job at all. Had to tell him how to do it. Says he couldnt do something cause he didnt want to put in the extra effort

The staff was extremely helpful with a bit of an abnormal case on my insurance. Even with some technical challenges and trouble with authorization documents, the staff (Natasha) worked hard around the obstacles and got the job done.... And all with smiles. Highly recommended

I was told I was going to get a call back and they never returned my phone call. Not a good way to treat your customer who have been buying insurance from you for over 20 years.
