Westland Insurance

We have been going to Westland Insurance in Brookswood for years. They have always been polite and friendly, but we did have issues a number of years ago due to inexperience. Then we met Amanda. Professional, Friendly, and Extremely Knowledgeable. She takes the time to review everything in detail, and in our case, took the time to review our other policies to ensure a smooth transition when they come due. It is 100% because of her that we are loyal customers once again.

Of the 10 times I've visited this location, I've been lucky enough to have Emily as my assisting agent a handful of times. Emily has been the most knowledgeable and helpful agent I have encountered in any location or agency. Thank you for the excellent service!

I'm leaving this review because they contacted me several times via text message re: my insurance being up for renewal. Super helpful and got me to renew on time. I filled out a form on line at about 6pm. By 7:30 someone called me to confirm details. 5 min later a form was emailed to me. Quick and painless. Super impressed👌( representative was kelly craig ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

I have been dealing with Amanda for years and she is 100% an insurance professional! I often have unusual registration and insurance needs pertaining to vintage cars. Amanda has led me through the process seamlessly many times. I was happy to see that Amanda has been teaching Emily all her tricks of the trade! Emily is well on her way to being an insurance wizzard! Dealing with ICBC isn't the easiest thing in the world but these two women make it painless! Fantastic job Amanda and Emily!!! Only 1 star 🌟 these prices forced me and a friend to commit fraud !! & too boot , made me pay for it.. crooked agency for a crooked ICBC.. If you want to be forced into FRAUDULENT actions n give them FREE $$ for nothing, this is the place to go..
