The lady that always helps me is so kind and so nice to get to talk to and she’s a very lovely person and very helpful towards your needs, the place is very clean and welcoming!

I went in to switch the insurance from my old car, which I sold, to my new car. There was a new person working the desk, with an overseer over his shoulder. 3 months later I was pulled over with the wrong car registered to my plates!! My old car had not been switched over and was double insured with its new owner and myself. The cop was nice enough to not ticket me and let me go talk to Alpine. Alpine denied the mistake ever happened and even denied that they ever had a new employee, I described him in detail and they said that they don’t recall anyone like that ever working there. It was obvious I had come in to make the change because I had proof of buying my new car that day and selling the old one but the only change showing was that I added collision insurance on my old car. Bob(owner) assured me that if I had been in an accident it would have worked out but denied his employees ever made a mistake or that the employee in question ever worked there to begin with. I’m switching insurance companies, my mom is switching insurance companies, my sister, my dad, and our farm, we are done with Alpine.

Fast friendly service, no bs like Westland. I have been a customer for over 15 years. Bob and the Staff do an excellent job. Always happy to refer someone to Alpine insurance.
