Renewed my icbc policy today... they were taking all necessary measures for Covid-19... you line up outside... they come ask you a few questions... are you sick, have you traveled, etc. Then they direct you to a sanitizer station and show you to a seat in front of an agent separated by plexiglass. My Agent Mustafa Toor was excellent. He was cordial and explained everything for my policy clearly. My renewal was completed quickly and professionally. I'd highly recommend Westland Insurance and Mustafa to handle your insurance needs!

Had some issues with a very difficult situation insuring a dump truck properly. Amanda Gilbert helped me and not only did she get everything done in a timely matter she even got me money back! She is the most knowledgeable person I have ever had in any insurance place ever. I will continue to see her for any insurance I need going forward.

Went to get my insurance renewed and Brittney showed a lot of patience when i had to call my bank to transfer money and made my visit very enjoyable!
