I am absolutely horrified by this company... I had gone there on my way home to get a basic insurance quote for a vehicle I am looking to buy. After being there for almost an hour, and having nothing happen but this blonde bimbo tell me that she doesn't know how to do it. Finally we get into the system with help, and she doesn't know how to do the quote, she can't find the vehicle, and tells me that model doesn't exist. I have never been so infuriated by how someone treated me in a professional setting. She was rude, and condescending and did not know how to do her job. I ended up getting very upset and leaving the store to go somewhere else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store to anyone. Worst service ever!

I have been with Western Coast for years now because of their great service! I have recently moved to the Clayton area and this branch is no different, the staff always have smiles on their faces and are eager to help. I always go to Sukhi, she knows her stuff!!

West Coast insurance has been my provider for many years. The flexibility and friendly warm staff has far surpassed any company I have dealt with in the past. Highly recommended.
