Honestly this is a tough one. Be careful when you go here. A couple of individuals are very good, knowledgeable, and are great at customer service. on that note, some people are a miss. I just left quite upset when I went to simply cancel my motorbike insurance. I unfortunately dealt with a guy named PARAM. I was told there would be a $5 fee for not having the original papers (I brought it the photocopy I keep on the bike). I figured it was OK as it was only $5. He then charges me $52 and AFTER he charges me, says- "Oh yea, it was an $18 fee." If I would have known that, I would have just driven the 5 minutes back home to get the originals papers. It may not seem like a lot, but it's COVID times and financial times have been tight. Very hesitant to go back.

I have had nothing but excellent service here. Gary goes above and beyond, he is extremely knowledgeable, fast and efficient!
