Then on her next visit we asked more and she got into the finer details which was so helpful for my husband and I to understand and choose which options would be best for us. Vivi has amazing customer service :) She worked with my family tirelessly and never made me feel stupid for all the questions I would ask ,or my ignorance on the topic of life insurance. She spent so much time and energy going over different plans with us to ensure we found something that we were comfortable with. Vivi gives you many different options/ plans once you have determined what coverage you would like, and gives her professional opinion on which is best; however, she is not pushy and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need.
