Worth buying here just for the amazing customer service you’ll receive. Free tune ups for a year and any defective parts are replaced free of charge. I recommend waiting for a sale and getting a higher quality bike (a Rocky Mountain for instance) than you would have had there not been a sale.

My husband and I each rented an ebike here for the day, it was great! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. It made for a very fun day of cycling around Port Alberni! Would highly recommend.
