Westland Insurance

Today I was helped by Fran and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She managed to clear the air on some misconceptions on my rates and I left with a great attitude and smile on my face! I’m looking forward to renewing my insurance with her again next time.

Walk-in new customer. Covid protocols were well managed. Quick and easy registration and insurance. Our referral for business insurance took a few days to call us but so far that has been fairly easy too.

After having moved to BC 7 years ago, I had changed my insurance over to ICBC, and have been dealing with Westland ever since. The folks in the Port Alberni branch have gone above and beyond any time I've had dealings with them. I won't go anywhere else!

Great team of professionals. Whether it's over the phone or in person, the staff at Westland do a wonderful job at getting you what you need in a fast and courteous manner. Once again....thanks!
