This review is long overdue. Both my wife and I had a fire in February of 2019. The insurance company adjuster, the restoration company and the contractor that was assigned to us were not performing their jobs professionally or in an orderly manner. The fire was the easy part and everything after that was disastrous and stressful. Without going into the nitty gritty of the details in depth here, we finally turned to Lindsay Hodgson our superb insurance broker and Schill's General Manager, Rosemary Mesic. We had about 3 or 4 meetings with them to come up with a solution that would put us at ease. Right from the very start when Rosemary was brought in to help us sort things out regarding our issues, both Lindsay and Rosemary turned out to be our Wonderwomen. They knew we weren't whining about frivolous concerns. They were our allies in getting everything resolved. It's one thing buying insurance from Schill but both Lindsay and Rosemary responded immediately in resolving things for us which showed us that they were prepared to make it all right. We knew we were in very capable hands. They went above and beyond. Customer service at Schill in Port Alberni, is taken to a whole different level for which we are eternally grateful. What they did for us was truly exceptional. The team at that location is very friendly, helpful and dedicated. The team at Schill is awesome. Thanks Ladies.
