Other than their service and how quick and good it is I don't have much good to say about these guys. They will nickle and dime you. They will recommend unnecessary services. They will make you wait hours for pick up and drop off service. Although the drivers are always safe and polite. Don't ever buy a warranty through these guys. They will explain them partially so that they never be use. Bumper to bumper is never what it sounds like here. So just better shopping someplace else.

After having an issue last week while having my transmission looked at on my pickup truck, Robert Kaldec, the Service Manager called me and helped me resolve the issue. He definitely prides himself on the service that his service department provides to the customer. I will certainly be back now, as I am very happy he was able to handle this matter. Much appreciated!

For me, it's the 1999 Buick Riviera. The most exotic full size luxury coupe. I even ask for the largest injectors of any car on the road today and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige. One time I asked for injectors and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly Goodwrench mechanic laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!". Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three injectors. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local GM dealership, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great car that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily exotic needs. I even dip my injectors in supercharged 3800 series 2 engine, it's exotic! What a great full size luxury coupe.

We just want to thank Philip and Jesse so much, we got the best deal, they're very knowledgeable and helpful! They both talk straight and they will explain every detail us buyers need to know. Thank you so much again and we do recommend this dealership to everyone!

Edit: The service manager followed up with me and was very pleasant. He explained they have started adding a distinct line in all invoices reminding the customer to have their tires retorqued. I am very happy with the follow up and care expressed by Robert and am ecstatic about the communication now being exercised on the paperwork.
