Cam Clark Ford Pre-Owned

Bought a used Ford Escape. As soon as I told the salesman Hal I was paying cash the attitude changed big time. Apparently he was only going to make a couple hundred buck so from then the service sucked. I was promised a detail and owners manual for which I have yet to receive after requesting several times by phone and in person. Day 3 of owning, my signal was not working so had to go into servicing. Not just a bulb but “bulb and socket missing-front bumper and light assembly damaged” 5 month mark - just had to replace right front CV axle shaft with a bill of $717.80 even though the mechanical fitness assessment had this checked off as complies. NEVER will I recommend, or purchase from this company again!

Very disappointed in Cam Clark Ford. We Drove down from Beaumont to pick up my new truck. Once we arrived they told me they had "forgot" to install a new windshield even thought this was written into the contract. They knew I drove 3 hours to pick up my truck and offered me less then what a windshield is worth in a discount. Really feel they did this maliciously as I had no recourse other then to accept or drive back the next weekend. Also they way they are handling Covid is a joke, no mask no sanitizer and the sales people openly mock the guidelines put out by Alberta Healthcare Services.

Surprise with their quality of Customer Care & professionalism, Sales associates are highly professional and well knowledgeable, specially Harold, such an amazing Associates (must be an assets of the company), the way he explain thing about truck that i was interested.... remarkable.... keep it up good work. ... free parking free handicap parking, handicap access, Customer washroom, coffee and more fun.... highly recommended to all fellows friends and followers......

Steve was very helpful with trying to match me with a vehicle. Unfortunately, most of the stock was only 1 to 2 years old and I was looking for something a bit older.

Adam was great to deal with, no pressure.
